By taking advantage of the HHFC babysitter, I was actually able to get my workouts in, and focus on me
I’d never been able to stick with a workout routine until I stumbled upon HHFC while I was out walking my new baby. I was new to the area and a new mom. With Happy Hour Fit Club, I found a great group of women, made some friends and most importantly got some much needed personal time at the workouts. If it weren’t for Kerrie’s babysitter program I wouldn’t have been able to make it happen. By taking advantage of the HHFC babysitter, I was actually able to get my workouts in, and focus on me; while my 3-month old baby was well taken care of at the playground in my view. After I developed a routine, I joined Kerrie’s bi-annual weight-loss challenge. Her challenge motivated me and helped me to loose the baby weight and get back to a place I hadn’t been in years!
I have been coming to Happy Hour Fit Club for over a few years now. I have tried other boot-camps in the area and nothing has compared. The workouts are always different, usually a boot-camp, circuit training format broken up by cardio bursts (sometimes with a friendly competition)
There were a few of us talking this week about how you are truly the great connector. I owe so many of my friendships and great memories to you! Thank you for inspiring us, pushing us to be our best selves, reminding us that our imperfections are what make us unique, and above all, how to live your life with gratitude.
Happy Hour Fit Club has completely changed my life in so many ways!Prior to coming to workout with Kerrie, I pushed the stroller on brisk walks and always thought "toning up" would be nice...but honestly I never knew where to start. So a few months after I had my 3rd baby, I decided enough is enough and I headed to the park.
Working out with HHFC has become an integral part of my weekly routine. I have been a member for several years and always feel challenged. I absolutely love working out outside surrounded by women of all levels of fitness with one goal in mind.... To become fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Kerrie is always so inspiring and motivating!
